Founded by Rekeitta Holmes, a certified phlebotomist with a passion for accessible, professional care, we bring lab collection directly to your home, office, or facility — on your schedule. We offer wellness blood draws, hormone panels, titer and immunity verification, specialty kit collections, and OBGYN and high risk pregnancy lab draws. We also specialize in forensic specimen collection including hair, nail, non-DOT urine, PEth alcohol testing, and ChildGuard® environmental exposure testing for children. Every collection is performed with precision, discretion, and full chain of custody documentation. We serve individual patients, healthcare providers, staffing agencies, recovery centers, court programs, and legal professionals across DFW. Extended hours Monday through Saturday. Sunday collections available by appointment.
